By Pat This fight is really hard to choose a winner. Both fighters are claiming a KO or submission win and making sure it doesn’t go to the judges. I still see Vera keeping this fight on his feet for most of the time. Eventually catching Werdum with a second round KO.

Dan Shenk continues to impress, and The MMA News isn’t the only one that thinks so. Shenk will be fighting for the RITC Middleweight title against well known MMA fighter Dan “Torture” ‘Chambers on June 28th and will rely on the same determination he used to gain a fight win at the TUF tryouts. Unfortunately for Shenk he was not asked to appear on the show, and he readily admits that while he won the fights he had to, he did not market himself as good as he knows he could have. In truth many of the TUF fighters are picked not for skill levels, but for overall sale-ability. Shenk hopes to go back next year with a flourish, and provide TUF judge Dana White with everything he wants out of a fighter.   [read the full post]
